Property description
Charming one bedroom townhouse with south facing roof terrace. The house is located in a nice and quiet part of the town centre in the picturesque fishermen village of Fuseta. This townhouse consists of a living room with a bed sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop. The 1st floor comprises of a good size light and bright double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a French balcony and a bathroom with bath/shower.
Access from the landing on the 2nd (top) floor onto a spacious semi-covered sun terrace with sea view and marvelous views over the rooftops in town centre towards the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve Park. This town house benefits from air conditioning, double glazing, aluminum shutters and very good location.
Short walking distance to the beach, harbour, restaurants, supermarket, the local fish market, pharmacy, butcher and more.

ABOUT THE TOWN
Fuseta is a small village located in the eastern region of the Algarve, in Portugal. It is situated on the Ria Formosa Natural Park, a protected lagoon area known for its rich biodiversity and beautiful beaches. Fuseta is a well connected town with regular boat, bus and train services to nearby towns and cities.
